Email multiple SO invoices for the same customer in one Paperless Office document

My client emails SO invoices at the end of each month using Paperless Office. Each customer usually gets multiple invoices and therefore multiple emails. The customers are complaining about getting too many emails and would like all the invoices in one email. I'm trying (without success) to change the grouping in my Crystal invoice form to combine multiple invoices for one customer into one document so that Paperless Office can send only one email. The invoices can post as separate invoices in AR. Can someone help me make the Crystal form do this?

How is this being done at month end? Reprinting one at a time?
I don't if this is going to work the way you want it as MAS controls the printing, not Crystal.
You may have to use a program link KnowledgeSynch to get the delivery method you are wanting.
If you do get it to work within MAS, please post back as I would like to know your solution.

Thanks for your input. The monthly invoices are imported at the end of the month into SO Invoice Data Entry and then the batch is printed/emailed normally. The client only invoices once per month. I'm working on an idea of importing each customer's invoices into it's own batch and seeing if I can get Crystal to handle it that way. Will let you know how that goes.

Good luck.
I don't recall seeing any "consolidation" fields for paperless though that would be a extremely nice feature to have.
We use knowledgeSynch to achieve this consolidation for customer e-mailing.

I have confirmed thebottomline's theory that there is no natural way to consolidate documents, such as invoices, to be sent as one email using Paperless Office, but it sure would be a nice enhancement request. I hope the customer will submit the idea using the Product Feedback link above.

Thanks Everybody! I just voted for it too. Funny thing: I was told by Sage tech support that there was an enhancement request for this functionality, but there were only 2 votes so they didn't anticipate adding it to MAS90 anytime soon, if ever. Now they have 41 votes!
