Error 105 IMWMAA

Greetings!

We are using MAS90 4.0 (2001)

We are having a consistent "Error 105 in program IMWMAA at line 1375" when trying to insert a new inventory item.

I have had no luck searching the forums for information regarding that specific error.

Some help or direction will be appreciated.

Is there a table of error codes definitions for MAS 90?

Thanks.

Re: Error 105 IMWMAA

This is from the TRSG for 4.0. The IM1 probably needs to be rebuilt. You could play it safe and do it in a test company or backup the IM1xxx (xxx = company code) before the rebuild.

Damaged Records are encountered within a Keyed File.
Common causes may be:
1. A record or multiple records within a data file are damaged.
2. A data file is damaged.
Possible solutions:
1. Rebuild the file with the appropriate utility. Valid records that are removed must be reentered.
2. Rebuild or Restore the file from backup.
3. Restore the file from backup.
4. For further suggestions, see Error 47.
5. Contact Best Software Customer Support Services for additional assistance.

Re: Error 105 IMWMAA

Error 105 means a short key block which is normally corrected by running the utility, Rebuild Key Files and then selecting the IM1 file.
