I keep getting an error message when going into Inventory Delete/Merge/Renumber...It says that it can't be opened while there is a PO Receipt of Goods in Progress.  I do not have a batch opened and there is no one in there when I look at the Master Console.  Anyone know how to clear this error??

You'll need to reinitialize the PO Receipt files (name depends on the version of MAS - prior to 4.40, it was PO5 and PO6).
