I am not very good at Crystal Reports, I loved Report Master it was very easy to use. Wish there was a book for Crystal on how it works with MAS90. I purchased the Crystal Reports 10 for Dummies but so far it has not helped very much.

What table are you using to pull data for your Crystal report? 

If you are getting no data to print, I find it best to back off and remove all the filter conditions. Then add them pack piece meal to refine the report to meet your objectives.

Assuming the table you are using is the correct one, after removing all filters you should get something like total sales. Then add in date filters and finally item code filters.  Actually instead of using item code filters I would recommend using the Item Type column.  That way you will be able to pull not only the default but all / item types that are set up as misc items (not to be confused with misc charges).

BTW, /M is the default misc charge so if you are using that to try and filter for misc items, it does not surprise me you are getting no data to print.

One other key, if you are trying to filter on items, be sure you are using the detail and not the header table as your main table to pull data from.  You can link to columns on the header to pull in this information.  The thing you have to realize that when linking to the header, those columns will be duplicated on each detail record so be careful you don't try to include totals on them since that will cause duplications in your formula.

DBailey, This sounds like this might qualify to put in a call to your reseller or support to get some answers. The sales of miscellaneous items does show up on my version of that report.  I hope one of them can get you a quick response.
