Client was on 4.30.18 and upgraded to 4.40.1 in June. Prior to the upgrade the Inventory Sales History report showed the drop ship sales quantities and $ in whse 000 (default whse for the item).
After the upgrade, same report, but now the quantities and $ show in another warehouse. I looked at the invoice and the items are showing to be drop shipped and the warehouse is 000 at the line level (can't see the header level whse in Invoice History). The quantities and $ are correct, in the correct period, just the whse is wrong. Looked at several tables with Sage and neither of us could make heads or tails of this. I'm scheduled for a callback but haven't been able to connect with Sage Support.
It's not just 1 item or 1 period either, it seems to be all the drop ships and all periods prior to the upgrade. Is this just a report issue or where might the report be pulling this information from? Can it be fixed?
The bit of testing I did in ABC company was - setup item with default whse 000. Invoice the item to a customer that is set to ship from whse 001. 4.30 report showed qty and $ as being sold in whse 001. Migrated and converted to 4.40.0.1 and qty and $ jumped to whse 000 (default). This was a bit of a surprise but could be explained seeing that it jumped to the default whse. However, in my clients case, the default whse was not the whse it jumped to. Plus, all the drop ships jumped to the same whse.
