Hello there,
While I am looking at the item list I found that there are too many items that are not active any more due to discontinuity. Is there any way to remove, or at least hide from the list?
Thanks much as always,

Inventory, Setup, Inventory Management Utilities. Make a backup of entire system before start incase you accidently delete all items.

Thanks a lot, BigLouie!
However, I don't see any relevant options. Changing fiscal year handles it?? Would you please tell me what I should do?

*sigh* What should you do? Call your reseller?
In the Inventory module there is a Setup menu and on this menu there is a list. At the top of the list is the Setup Options. At the bottom of the list is the Utilities.

Sorry BigLouie
Sometimes we assume too much. I realized that you might be using a different version. Your might be v4_3. I found what you mean in v4_4. Thanks a lot again. Have a good one!
