JobOps - workticket history not showing detail line items

It has been forever since I have had to do anything like this for JobOps. I have not had to do much of anything since we upgraded to v4.2.
We have worktickets that are tied to invoiced sales orders that do not show the line items when we look at the workticket history. Has anyone else had this issue? We can see the components listed in the sales order and they show the appropriate workticket steps, but in the workticket step, nothing shows up.
