We pretty much strip eBM to the bone and just use the shopping cart and checkout features that it offers for .store customers.
Everything else is 100% custom. ASP.NET C# and SQL Server.
We are going live with an all new site pretty soon that will use ASP.NET MVC, i'll let you know how it goes.
