Hello, Forum:
Right off the bat, I will admit that I am struggling with a problem that I have never dealt with before, so please bear with me and be patient.
Client is running MAS200 v 4.30.0.11, with multiple 3rd party products (Scanco, Hightower, Barsa) in AR and SO, and various Sage ES products in several modules, including SO.
There have been several instances where the client has been able to post multiple invoices for the same Sales Order, but they only caught this after the fact and then had to do "clean up".
Sometimes they have been able to do this in the same batch and sometimes it was done in separate batches. They just brought 3 examples to our attention.
We have not been able to duplicate it "at will" on their system. However, obviously it might have something to do with the 3rd party programs that they have running. Of the 3 examples they have provided this week, 2 were entered via Scanco scanner RF Invoice Data Entry and 1 was through Hightower Point of Sale Entry.
I cannot find anything on the Sage KB so thought I would post to the Forums to see if anyone else has encountered this problem before I go chasing down other support options at Sage, Barsa, Scanco and Hightower.

I have a customer that experienced that and Sage has made a number of fixes in various service updates. I think the one they made the last fix on for this issue was SU17. So, see if you can update to that SU level.
