I just created a new company to test your issue.

Created a Sales Order for 1 Parent.

Ran MRP and all components are reported.

No, I don't get sub-assy on MRP.

BOM's look fine ...

I'll print some tests and attach them on my next message....so you can see what i mean.

If the items that have BOMs are not setup as "make" items in inventory they will not explode in MRP. Perhaps one of those items is set to finished good??

Same exact issue here. Running version 4.40.0.1

MRP worked fine before the conversion from 3.??? to 4.40 a month ago. Since that time, I have not been able to get subcomponent requirements. Checked all the setup options in Inventory, MRP, BOM, etc... Nothing looks out of place.

It worked before the update...
