I checked through Role Maintenance, but didn't see anything that will MAKE the user print this report before updating the Sales Journal.

I would like to either take the option NOT to print the GPR away, or end the updating process if they choose not to print it.

Anyone done this before?

Are they using Paperless Office with YES as the PDF option?

They are using paperless office.

Do you mean 'Auto Create PDF' set to YES?
