Re: Marking up cost

Look at the Automatic Price/Cost Change utility in Inventory Main menu.

Re: Marking up cost

Thanks.  I did try and it does do what I asked.  What if I want to put into place several differenct mark ups for each item.  Example:  10%, 15%, 20% --- or whatever I choose.  Is there something that can be done so that sales has the ability to decide which mark up they want to use when quoting?

Take a look at the Pricing Maintenance screens:

- Cust Maint > Items > Pricing

- Item Maint > Pricing

Re: Marking up cost

You can set up pricing for these standard mark-ups with a price code file.  This would be easiest if you are refering to all items being at the same mark-up.  Doing this, you could assign customers to be a constant mark-up by assigning the price code to their AR record,

You can also assign price codes on the sales order by line.
