Missing PO Receipt of Invoice Variance Register

We have a MAS 200 4.40.0.7 client that found they are randomly not getting PO Receipt of Invoice Variance Registers. In Paperless, this document is now part of the Daily Receipt Register/Update document. Registers that are supposed to include a Variance have a register number starting with PV instead of PO.
Prior to the end of December, Registers with a Variance would consist of 4 sections, Receipt of Invoice register, Daily Purchases Journal, Daily Purchases Tax Journal Summary and a Receipt/Invoice Variance Register.
Since then, they have been missing some Receipt/Invoice Variance Registers. Further exploration showed a register with a variance will print the Receipt of Invoice Register, the Daily Purchases Journal and then only the Daily Purchases Tax Journal Summary or the Receipt/Invoice Variance Register, but not both.
Anyone else seen this? I looked at the KB and Release notes and if something is there, I missed it.

John, there should not have been any changes to the behavior of those reports and we weren't able to duplicate the issue in house.
If you have steps to duplicate the issue or if anyone else is experiancing inconsistant behavior please send an email to BMA.NA@SAGE.COM or call in and create a case.

Chris,
I changed paperless to Prompt for the PDF so they could print hard copy first and then do the PDF and update. They did that today and it printed the hard copy of the variance register just fine. When she PDF’d and updated, the Variance Register was missing. It appears this is an issue when Paperless chains the 4 documents into a single PDF.
FWIW, I also found both the people that do this function just got new Windows 7 workstations. They don’t appear to have any issues with other paperless documents and other users with Windows 7 machines are not having issues either. How many other places do several reports run that are chained into the same PDF?

Hi John,
I've seen chained registers not print page #2 to paperless before. In my case it was the A/P Division Recap that prints after the A/P invoice register. The cause turned out to be a bad install of paperless office on the workstation related to the CDINTF.DLL file. Might have had something to do with when Windows 7 64-bit was new and Sage was putting out their paperless office hotfixes, I think somehow the wrong version of the CDINTF.DLL file was on the workstation.
See if it's workstation specific. Try printing a different 2-pager like the A/P invoice register to paperless using that workstation, then try printing it to paperless from a different workstation. I'm guessing that's your cause.
