Purchasing manager has been using the Open RMA Report to check what RMAs are still open. Today we noticed that this report is only showing four open RMAs when the RMA Number List ALE shows 32 open RMAs. Why? She is specifying that "All Statuses" print but even when specifying only the Open ones we still get the same four, which are dated from 1 week ago to today. The Selections field are set to All when she prints.
Try selecting the 'Include Expired RMAs' for the Print Expired RMAs option on the report. It could be that those RMAs have an expiration date that's after the date you're printing the report for and that's why they are not being selected.
