PO integration with Work Order and Job Cost

We want to integrate Purchase Order with both Work Order and Job Cost. There are two different divisions of the company and one uses Job Cost while the other uses Work Order. We can't integrate both in MAS90 by default.

Is there a work around or a third party app to do this?
