HI, we recently upgraded from mas4.2 to mas4.3. We were just introduced to the paperless module, and so far so good, it makes keeping and generating pdf a lot easier. We realized the other day, that when any of the user of the company wants to view a pdf saved previously, the user will have access to the ones created by that user.

So if user AD created the pdf files of an invoicing batch, user BD cannot see those invoices from the Customer Viewer option on the Paperless Module.

All files are being saved to our file server, and they are saved automatically without at problem. Is this suppose to be like that? users of the same company, with the same role cannot see the files created by other users in the company? I would appreciate any comments on this.

David, not sure of where it might be in 4.3 but when running the Paperless Extended Solution under 4.2 what you're looking for can be found in Role Maintenance.

In 4.2 it's under Library Master -> Security Events -> Allow User to View All Users...
