We have recently begun emailing S/O invoice copies to customers through Paperless Office - love it! We have customized our invoices to include the shipment tracking # for that shipment. Since we offer drop-ship service to our B2B customers, they often need this tracking # to forward to their customers. When Sage converts the crystal invoice to a PDF, we have found that you cannot copy (right click) any information from the created PDF document. Is this a security issue? Is there a setup option for the PDF converter?
We also have Adobe Acrobat , and use it all the time as a PDF converter. When produced, you can can copy any text/image from the PDF document without issue. So I know it should work with the Sage converter.
It is a minor annoyance, but customers are asking.
Any ideas?
