I have mostly success with Visual Integrator when importing changes to existing records until I tried it with Bill of Materials. I have a file which has the Bill Number, Description 1 and Description 2 which was painstakingly created in order to standardize the descriptions in Bill of Materials. Long story short, Visual Integrator will not import it into BOM. Bill Version is always "000". I have the following setup:
Bill Number - STR - H - REPL - 001 LEN 00020
Bill Revision - ACCT- H - ASSN - 000
Main_Bill_BLNKS - STR - H - ASSN -
DESCRIP_1 - STR - H - 003 - LEN 0030
DESCRIP_2 - STR - H - 005 - LEN 0030
The test always comes back with all failed due to invalid Current Revision not set and Bill Type not set which makes me think that it's not finding the bills (which are there).
What am I missing?
Thanks,
Kerry

Uno : You have to set the Bill Type in your import
Dos : The Current Revision is actually a star "*" and Not 000 as the data dictionary would indicate.
