I received in parts against a PO. The Receipt of Goods Entry screen gives you the ability to plug in the invoice so you don't have to do a "receipt of invoice later. cost was off by .04 cents.(rounding issue). I modified the extention amount. The parts got invoiced and went into inventory but the PO still shows not received in. Not sure how to fix

looks like the invoice is carried out 5 places and MAS only 4 digits. so it is a rounding error. I think I figured it out though. If you leave PO entry open with the same PO number that you are trying to receive in, MAS has a bug that will not complete the tranaction. The parts get invoiced and go into inventory but the PO shows still open...

Try doing a receipt of goods against the open PO, and select "RECEIVE ALL = YES" when presented with the opportunity. Then accept and close the receipt. See what shows up on the report.

CS, if you've not already done so, will you report this to support so that it can be looked into? Your time is appreciated. Thank you.

cs, this issue* was corrected on version 4.50 & PU 4.40.0.5. (with the PO being 'viewed' while receipt in process); a tip was also issued. Let us know if you are still experiencing this issue after the fix.
* If you leave PO entry open with the same PO number that you are trying to receive in,
MAS has a bug that will not complete the tranaction.

This is very good of you guys and all, but why do the nasty bugs I report never get handled like this? Before you respond, I want to qualify that by saying I have posted/reported very detailed descriptions of demonstrated reproducable bugs and they usually just fall into an abyss.

For the twelfth bug of Christmas, my reseller said to me
tell them it's a feature
Say it's not supported
Change the documentation
Blame it on the hardware
Find a way around it
Say they need an upgrade
Reinstall the software
Ask for a dump
Run with the debugger
Try to reproduce it
Ask them how they did it and
See if they can do it again.
