When looking at Inventory Inquiry, the QTY on SO field includes cancelled WO's in its calculation.  For example, item 1234 has a SO for 100 units, a WO is entered for 100 units.  The WO is cancelled (incorrect template, etc.) and re-entered. 

The the Qty on SO will read 200 (original sales order + cancelled WO) and Qty on WO correctly reads 100. 

What steps need to be completed to stop this?

error is related to the item WT class beign different then the Invenotry Procurement setting.

if I go to change the Template WT class, I recieve a message that stated changing the Template class will clear the UDI information. 

What is UDI information and what effect will clearing it have?
