MAS200 version 4.3.  Does anyone know if the program issue with the Inventory Item extended description in RMA being incorrect when using Replacement Item ?  I see that there is a resolution # 524098 referencing this problem but the "Engineering Status" tab is gone and I cannot see if this was ever resolved - either in 4.3 or 4.4.

So far no resolution yet, either in 4.30 or 4.40.

Thank you Dawn.  Do you know why the Engineering Status button is gone from the knowledgebase ?

I don't know why but can confirm the engineering status button is referenced in a lot of articles where it is not available.  Recently, there have been articles where button was there but the status document was unavailable.

Yes, I noticed that and now it seems that is no longer available at all.
