RMA module appears to stop ability to merge or change customers

We are on MAS200 version 4.3, we are using the RMA module and since we installed it we no longer have the abaility to merge customer accounts, as it states  "You can not proceed with unposted data in R/A RMA Receipts Entry".  The way we process RMA's there are always items unreceived until we check out the item which could be days later.  Any ideas on how to get around this issue

If i understand correctly, it is complaining about data being in RMA Receipts entry.  If you can avoid starting Receipt entries until you are ready to complete the receipt it should work fine. 

Perhaps if you added a UDF to RMA Lines Entry, you could mark an item that has arrived on site until you had time to complete your analysis/checkout and actually receive it.

You might consider receiving into a warehouse code that is set up for returns. Once the items are checked out they can be transferred into your regular warehouse.
