We are currently using MAS 200 4.2 with su4 and Job Ops.

When a purchase order is opened and linked to the purchase order, sometimes upon receipt of goods the parts do not issue to the work ticket - the part does go on hand and we then need to unlink the purchase order and manually issue the part. This is sometimes an issue if the part is not caught as being issued. We can not figure out why this is happening and are trying to locate a common factor however we are not able to do so. Has anyone else experienced this type of problem?

I can't speak for JobOps, but in regular Work Orders this same thing you describe can happen if the Work Order is not at a RELEASED status when the PO Receipt of Goods is posted.

I am not sure why it is happening only sometimes but I found the same problem with one of our companies with every transaction.  It occured because dynamic inventory was not switched on.
