After running the Stock Status reports on a product line, I ran the Open PO report by Item report to verify the purchase orders amounts on the Stock Status report. The quantity on PO from the Stock Status report does not always match the open amounts on the Open PO report. Of the seven items in the product line only 2 items had the same amount. We are running 4.3. Any ideas why these reports wouldn't agree. Is there any way the system can be corrected?

Seems like you need to rebuild the PO Sort files and update Inventory. All users need to be out of the system when you run this utility.
