Trying to be able to run the SO Open Sales Order report by the user who entered the order. Created a UDF in SO header and mapped to to User Key and the Column is user code. UDF doesn't seem to be populating. Saw a write up on the knowledgebase for something similar (Resolution ID 530303) for 4.40.03. We are on Mas90 4.40.05. Is there any way to accomplish this? Thanks.
Decided to just do a custom lookup in so entry and added the sy_user and exported to excel. Really only needed a list to give to users for their orders they've entered and this seems to work fine.
