Hi guys, I'm pretty new to the Mas90 comunity, and I'm trying to run a price list and import in Excel. All i need is the item #, description and the price. Is there a simple way of doing this? My Mas90 reseller/installer is having a hard time getting this. I appreciate your input.

What version of MAS 90/200 are you using? Are you using customer pricing or price schedules? If you're wanting a straight dump of Item, Description, and Unit Price to Excel, you should be able to do that with either the ALE (Advanced Lookup Engine) or a Crystal Report.

We're running on 4.4. We use price levels and we have some items with quantity pricing. I want to run a price list of one particular price level. I tried the Inventory Management, Reports, "Inventory Price List", but it comes out too confusing. I need it to be exported in Excel in a single row with one column for item, one for description and one for Price.

I recommend going into Excel and doing a simple "Database Query" to pull in the IM_PriceCode data. You can do a similar thing in Access if you're more of an Access person.

What Brett suggests is what I would do or a Crystal Report.
It's a little fun because all the tiers for that one item/price code level are in one line. It's definitely doable.

Hello,
This was a big help but I ran into a problem. For items that we price using "Pricing Method" Price Override all the prices come out ok. But for items that we are using "Pricing Method" Price Discount the prices that come up are the discount % that we are giving and not the unit price. Any ideas on how to handle this?

Sounds like you may need to further re-visit the setup of your pricing schedules to make sure it's in fact set how you need it to be. Maybe you think it's set as Price Discount Amount whereas it's actually set as Price Discount %. Or maybe you have more than 1 pricing schedule set up where 1 is taking precedance over the other?

I believe you will have to have formulas in Excel calculate the price for you based upon the method & the discount/markup field.

I have done a Crystal Report like this whereas someone wanted to put in a price level and get a price list. If it had a formula it would calculate it.
