Has anyone experienced the following error when authorizing credit card on sales order payment entry screen?

Hi Lisa,

I have not seen that particular error, but I do have some questions/suggestions for you:

1. Does the error occur every time or sporadically?
2. Does it occur if you are logged in to the workstation as an administrator?
3. Does the error happen at different workstations?
4. Have you re-run workstation setup?  If you have, then try going to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Common Components folder and run the regcom.bat file, this will register the .DLL files that the workstation uses. 
5. Do you have your antivirus software set to exclude MAS 90?
