Hi,

 Ver: Mas 200 EES 4.4 PU2

I'm having issues trying to remove line items from a report that have been deleted from a Sales Order.

In Sales Order -> Setup -> SalesOrder Options -> History

I have set Retain deleted Orders/Qutoes to "Yes"

and set Retain Deleted lines for Order/Quotes to "Yes"

I have read that the "CancelledLine" field of the Sales Order History Details should get set to "Y" instead of "N" when an item is deleted from a Sales Order, but this isn't the case. 

I tested by creating a new Sales Order, and adding some line items.

When I run a query on that Sales Order from SalesOrder History Details it shows all the line items including the Deleted Line with an "N" in the CancelledLine field

How can I determine which Line Items that have been deleted from that Sales Order.

There might be some kind of option or security setting causing a conflict because standard mas90 on PU2 in ABC demo data (with the retain deleted options set to Yes) does set the CancelledLine to Yes in SO_SalesOrderHistoryDetail. Please don't hesitate to report a possible issue to your partner or to support.
