I am not sure how ShipGear works with Mas90.  Does it transfer Worldship tracking number, ship via, weight (optional), freight amount to Mas90 automatically or need press "Import" or "Export" button from Mas90 or Worldship to transfer data?

I generated VI import job for on line orders to Invoice batch directly once I download CSV file that has Freight Amount customer paid on each order already.  When I process Worldship from Invoice batch then I want to keep all original Freight Amount, not sure Worldship will change the freight amount once we key in the weight for each invoice (pre-assigned invoice number) and how they transfer freight amount to Mas90? 

For Starship, we need process each SO from Shipping Data Entry and the freight amont will be overwritten when you choose the ship via, if you want to keep the same freight amount in SO then you have to have a hard copy or remember it before you enter the weight...  

If ShipGear for one carrier will bring in Worldship data without overwritting Frt. Amount then this will be a good solution to integrate Mas90 and Worldship for tracking info.  Anyone can provide more information?  Thanks.

The sales order "import" is generated from within WorldShip as a keyed import.

You have several options in regards to the freight amount write-back with the ShipGear software.

1. Always write standard freight to sales order.
2. Prompt shipper to write standard freight back to sales order.
3. Do not write freight back to sales order.
4. Use custom freight rules to control freight write-back.

I have included a standard write-back with freight amount turned off.
