My customer is looking for an inventory reorder report that takes into consideration the company has 3 warehouses, each with a different lead time from their manufacturing plant in Asia.  The MRP module would be appropriate, but it only deals with one lead time.  Item / Vendor maintenance only allows for one lead time.  The MRP report only looks at the primary vendor, therefore setting up a separate vendor for each warehouse would not work.  Any ideas on how to give the client a reorder report by item / warehouse is appreciated.

You can create an item/whse UDF to store the value for the actual vendor lead time by warehouse.  If you're proficient with Crystal Reports, you can build a Crystal Report which pulls in the data from MRP to match the MRP report generated from MAS, then it's just a matter of incorporating the item/whse lead time UDF into the calculation on the Crystal report.
