Hi everyone,

I added a memo to a vendor to make all my buyers aware of a special situation with the vendor.  i marked it to display always, however it seems to only be displaying when I use the vendor and not when any of my buyers enter that vendor on a PO.

What do I have to do to have it display every time anyone pulls up the vendor?

Goto Common Information> Main > Memo Manager> Accounts Payable.

Select Memo type: Vendor

Select the Buyers Role.

Then Make sure in Ourchase Order the Box is Checked.
