I am currently at 4.3, and will upgrade to v4.4 hopefully by the end of the year.
I am looking for some suggestion on how to approaching warranty tracking.
Most of our product comes with one year warranty, which can be done by stanard item default warranty.
However, to some particular customers, the warranty comes with 15M, 1 year..etc. ( right now, user has to remember update the line item one by one)
Sometimes, customer purchased extended warranty after Sales Order are shipped out to them. (right now, we attached memo to the particular invoices, but looking for better way)
Anyway to add warranty code to Slash code ( we use slash code for service charge)
