I am trying to figure out who added a certain inventory part. Can someone tell me if there is a field that shows the user that added the part and if so, which table it is found in? I looked in IM1_InventoryMasterfile with no luck. Thanks!

Try the CI_Item table.

Also, you can try running the Item Audit Report.
