Distribution, Manufacturing, and Internet Modules

We are looking to shut down our eBusiness module (no longer using the store via Mas90).

I am wondering if this will affect any of the files that are located on our IIS server. 

We just want to be able to reach our images and pdfs (mostly) that are hosted there.

No uninstalling the EBM module doesn't touch IIS.
