A client is trying to automate letting their online customers change their user password without requiring any manual approval or input in MAS.
The two boxes “Require Acceptance of Customer Changes” & “Require Acceptance of User ID Changes”are both unchecked.
But the client says they are still getiing prompted to approve the customer password change.
This is MAS 200 4.40.0.7
Any ideas?

You may need to give your user's "supervisor" rights. BTW, only users can change their password. So I am unsure what your customer is doing that requires approval unless they are trying to change a user ID other than their own.
Somehow, I must be missing something.
