picking ticket printing

I have a few customers that I cannot print picking tickets for certain customers, the message says "data is not selected for report printing" even though I pressed the select button. This is only happening with a few customers, that were printing previously.

What version?
You can first try to "Clear" the selection and then "Select" - but I'm doubtful.
Take a look at all the various checkboxes on the Pick Sheet Printing screen. Often an unauth/expired credit card on the order is the culprit.
Are there in fact items on the S/O to be printed?

Assuming your version is 4.1 or greater. Check your role maintenance to ensure you can print picking sheets of customers on hold. Take a look at the picking sheet printing panel to include Unauthorized/Expired Credit card orders.

Thank you for your response. version 4.4 It is happening with only certain customers, if i pick 10 tickets it only prints 9 and if i select the customer that wasn't printed I get the message i posted earlier.

On the one that didn't print you need to open the S/O and reset the print pick sheet flag.
You may also have an issue with the "Include Unauthorized/expired credit card orders" or "Print orders on Hold" check boxes.
