using MAS 90 4.40

on older versions of MAS 90 we had a permanent comment or message line that printed at the bottom of each purchase order.  on the new version i can't find a way to make that a permanent message, i have to type it in on every order.  what am i missing?

You should just need to type it in once on the P/O Printing screen.  Or you also have the option of just inserting some hard-coded text onto the PO Form in Crystal.

i have tried entering it on the quick print screen and the print po screen and after it prints it is not there next time.  i don't have any experience with Crystal.

Try doing it on the PO Printing screen on the PO Main menu.  You may also need to NOT use the STANDARD form - if you are.
