One of our goals is to deliver enhancements that meet the needs of our customers. We are currently in the process of conducting a survey to better define who our customers are and we want your help.
This survey will contribute to the creation of personas. Personas represent you, the user, to all the Sage employees who work on the product. When Sage conducts design, research, and development, it's with a persona in mind. Specifically, once the survey data is collected, it will be analyzed for trends, categorizations of user groups and collection of top tasks. Once we have the personas drafted, Sage will be able to design features tailored to your work habits.
