How does product management decide what enhancement to implement in each release? Many factors go into this, but one of the most important ones is of course the “voice of the customer” – what enhancements do our customers really want?
To allow customers to directly communicate their needs to us, we have launched a new website that is now available for you to provide input on the future of Sage MAS:
- http://www.sagemas.com/MAS_90_200_feedback for Sage MAS 90 and 200 and the Extended Enterprise Suite
- http://www.sagemas.com/MAS_500_feedback for Sage MAS 500
The website allows you to suggest new ideas, vote on ideas submitted by others, and discuss ideas to improve Sage MAS. Registration is free with a valid email address.
The Sage Product Management team monitors the website to understand which ideas are most important and most relevant to you. Our product managers will also appear on the website to chime in on discussions or ask for input on an idea of their own. We take your ideas seriously when planning future releases, and we are dedicated to using the feedback to prioritize enhancements to future releases.
