I like how Accpac got renamed to "Sage 300" and MAS 200 got renamed to "Sage 100".
Does this mean now that Sage will invest 500/100 = 5 times as many development dollars into Sage 500 ERP than Sage 100 ERP? Makes sense right?

Tim,
Thanks for asking. The numbering convention has to do with the complexity needs of the customer, not the level of investment from Sage. Sage makes every effort to invest in each product in the portfolio at the industry standard percentage based on market share. If you would like to see more details on how the name changes will impact you business, please us the following link:
Thanks again for your interest,
Linda

Linda,
I noticed the site said the following:
The Sage Business Care Gold plan includes unlimited phone support, online chat, and more, but all Sage Business Care plans offer access to support from our in-house customer care staff as well as our extensive network of business partners, certified consultants, and authorized training centers. Plans also include access to our online Knowledgebases, discounted and free online training, and much more.
We are on a Bronze plan. How do we get support from the in-house customer care staff? What does that mean exactly?
Thanks,
John

John, you will have to go through your reseller. However, they are now being charged for each case that they open with Sage for their Bronze clients. Likely, this will be passed on to you. Does that help?
