I am wondering if we have a specific place to submit simple database or application change requests that fall outside of regular support??
I will go ahead and post this here as well but please let me know where something like this is best suited or if needs to get run through a standard "case" scenario...
One of the complaints that I have now heard more than one time, is that we can't add a phone extensions over 4 characters in length to a customer contact. I would think this be a fairly easy change to include maybe up to 6 characters as an upgraded database change.
Let me know how this needs to be submitted and I will gladly add it!!
