We would like to add a surcharge percentage and freight to Transfer Orders and capitalize them with the inventory costs.  Somehow the surcharge percentage and freight appear on certain transfers only and not on all of them.

Any idea why this is happening?

Sorry if this is obvious, but just to be sure, have you checked the 'Transfers' tab in IM-Set Up Warehouses?

Yes.  The strange thing is both the surcharge and freight only work on some items ???

Is the Valuation Method in Maintain Items the same for all of the items?

Yes, they are all the same.

Those were the two questions I was going to ask Ralph, so now I'm stumped. I recommend you talk to support.

Are you editing existing transfer orders or are these new ones?  If they are existing transfers, there is logic to prevent those values to be modified once pick lines, pending or posted activity exists against the transfer line.
