Re: ERROR: Cl_Report_FailedLogin

You've probably already gotten your answer by now, but if anyone else needs to know:

How to get rid of the error:

1.  Open the form in Crystal.

2.  At the top of the Crystal window, open the "Database" pull-down menu.

3.  Click on "Show SQL Query"

4.  You'll be given a list of possible data sources.  Select SOTAMAS90 and click Finish.

5.  You'll be prompted for your MAS 90 credentials (same screen you log into MAS with).

6.   A window will come up showing the SQL query statements.  Don't change anything.  Click the "Close" button.

7.  Save the report.

I get this error if I do the following:

1.  Export the form from Preview in the "Crystal Reports", which creates a copy of the Crystal file and displays the data.

2.  Save the new copy back to the normal path.

3.  Print or preview the form from MAS.

What made you decide to post this into this section which talks about people that switched to MAS90 and there success stories?
