For Document Transmittal set up:
There are 6 available transactions under AR - Customer Maintenance: Invoice, Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Finance Charge, SO-Standard, RMA.
Is MAS set up to allow emailing each of these transactions to a different email address or do they all get sent to the primary contact?
I set up another address for the Default Bill To with a new contact email. Then I set the Billing - Default Bill To Address to the new address. On the electronic invoice, the Sold To reflected the new address, but it emailed to the primary contact email not the new address contact email. Any way to set it up to email to a different person for each transaction type?
I noticed some other posts regarding multiple email addresses - we have a request from a customer to email each of their invoices to multiple email addresses at their company. There is similarity here, but I'm specifically looking for the following: Transaction Invoice email to a@address.com, Credit Memo email to b@address, Debit Memo email to c@address.....different email for each of the 6 transactions.
Thank you for any help,
Chris

I don't believe it is possible in the current version of Document Transmittal to do what you describe. Sage does have it on their 'To Do' list to allow multiple email addresses in a future version of MAS 500. If you need this capability now, you will need to discuss this with your reseller as it will be a customization to the source code.
I have done modifications to the document transmittal process in the past and what you describe would not be very difficult to develop and implement.

Thank You Lou. I was afraid of that, but I thought I would throw it out there anyway. There are ownership issues with the primary contact. Since the primary contact email address is used for document transmittal, it is challenging to overhaul the functionality of the primary contact...and its owners...and the crm impact.
Thanks,
Chris

Try using PDFBlaster. You can edit the crystal report for each of the print jobs. With PDF Blaster you have the ability to create tags on the crystal report to indicate recipient email addresses
