I work with the desktop team at my company and dont have too much knowledge with MAS 500 so please bear with me. I have a user that is encountering a strange problem. When she tries to post a cheque she will do the regular steps and apparently you need to print it first before it can be posted. Well when she clicks print preview it comes up fine but when she actually presses print, MAS 500 crashes (application needs to close message) although the print goes to the printer but the cheque is still in a "not posted" status. Ive tried reimaging her machine, recreating desktop profile. Shes also tried logging to a machine that doesnt have this issue with another user and she gets the same error (MAs 500 7.2 crashing)..the financial support specialist is insisting it has something to do with her profile but we dont use roaming profiles here so nothing would be following her account around. I was thinking it may be an issue with her MAS 500 profile. Any ideas please?
