When printing to a minolta printer on our network, MAS500 will always instead print to default printer that is setup for the workstation. No matter what printer is selected MAS500 always prints to the default printer
Here are some particulars
Local installation. No Citrix,
MAS500 is 7.3.4 (August 2010)
Workstations are Windows XP sp2
Server is Windows 2008 64 bit
All other programs such as Word, Excel etc print fine to the default printer and to any other printer
All worked well until we moved the MAS500 server side installation to a new server. After moving the server side of our MAS500 installation. We repointed the workstations to the new sql server. All is well except for this printing issue. We have tried re-installing the MAS500 client alas ....no sucess. So basically we can only print to our default printers.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated
