We are noticing customer payments missing from the customer status screen. I have tracked it as far as the tarInvoiceAppl table where it is missing from, but it appears to have hit every other table it should have. We have had 1 other occurrence of this since we went live with 7.3 a few months ago. I cannot figure out why or how to resolve this. Does anyone else have this problem? Advice?
