Hi Skip,
I am certified (used to be a VAR myself) as is my current VAR.
My main complaint about Scanco is that the $8K+ that we paid to them for support won't cover any setup questions.

Just to update everyone -
Turns out there are some patches/program updates that are not part of the updates that are on the Sage website. Scanco created a full new install package for us. As soon as I installed it everything started working.
