When attempting to post the batch in process receipt of goods an error pops up saying "Unable to perform requested action. The batch is in use by another user.", the problem here is there was only one user yesterday entering in info for the items we received in. Is there a way to resolve this with out having to delete the batch or having to call sage? The Sage knowledge base was not helpful in figuring this out. I would hope that this could be something simple to fix, but I have a feeling it's not. We are running MAS 500 ver: 7.2. Any help is greatly appreciated.
