I think I answered my own question but I will put it out there for comments. We have an external CRM program that has defined Sales Territories by Zip Code. My understanding is that MAS 500 (v7.05) defines territories and sales people and then you manually assign them in Maintain Customers.

There is no relationship in MAS 500 between zip codes or even states that would automatically assign the correct sales person to a customer, correct? Would this be a strictly manual operation to reassign customers to sales people?

I believe you are correct from the front end but you could do a another SQL script to update it if you can apply logic.  Like via ranges of zip codes.

Sounds like a plan. I broke down the master spreadsheet by territory. That includes all zip codes that apply to each territory.
